This free, no-pressure 15-minute call is your chance to ask questions, share a bit about what you're looking for, and get guidance on what might support you best. I’m here to help you feel grounded and aligned as you choose your next step.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session or group class, please give at least **24 hours’ notice** so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend. No shows will not receive a refund. All bookings are paid in advance to hold your space. Free connection calls will not be charged - but please try to provide plenty of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Thank you for understanding and for respecting both mine and your fellow participants time.
