This session is an invitation to let go completely - guided by the powerful, undisturbed vibrations of the gong. Played with intention to entrain the brain into slow, Theta states, this experience quiets the thinking mind and opens the body to deep repair. As the waves of sound move through you, Reiki is shared to support and enhance your energetic realignment for deep restoration on a cellular level. Together, sound and energy work together harmonize your system from the inside out. We close with the crystalline tones of singing bowls, gently reawakening the senses - leaving you rested, restored, and attuned.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, I totally get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule your 1:1 session or group class, please give at least **24 hours’ notice** so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations and reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you're welcome to gift your spot to a friend. No shows will not receive a refund. All bookings are paid in advance to hold your space. Free connection calls will not be charged - but please try to provide plenty of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
