These sessions are for the ones at a threshold - burnt out by the life they’ve built, quietly questioning the path they’re on, or feeling the first tremble of awakening. Whether it’s grief, transition, or a deep knowing that *something has to shift -* you’re not here by accident. Maybe you’re beginning to trust your intuition, but it still feels unfamiliar. Maybe your nervous system is holding old stories, and your heart is aching to soften. This is where we begin. These sessions offer a sacred space to be seen, supported, and gently guided back to the wisdom of your body, the truth of your heart, and the knowing of your soul. We work gently but powerfully at the root - through conversation, energy work, somatic practice, breath, tarot, and deep listening. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about remembering who you are - before the world told you to be anything else.
